I had a RELAXING WONDERFUL weekend!! I spent the whole day Saturday with my sweet parents! It was such a blessing to be able to just be with them and enjoy some sunshine! We visited Blakely....I loved watching my parents with her! They instantly were in love! I can't imagine how they will be about their own grandchildren one day...not soon....but one day! (just for the record)
They then spent the rest of the afternoon with me and treated me like their princess as usual. They took me to Wal-Mart and bought the stuff to fix up my flower bed beside my back door! It looks gorgeous thanks to them....pictures coming soon!!
Sunday, Zack and I went to church and then I spent the REST of the afternoon cleaning!! I cleaned out the apartment which was FULL of wedding stuff!! If anyone needs some great wedding/Christmas/prom? decor LET ME KNOW! :)
I also shined up the Acura so she would be ready for a full week of riding to WORK!
Yep! I feel like a working woman since I started my preceptorship this Monday! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
I am in the ER at Coosa Valley Medical Center! My first two days have been wonderful and I can totally see myself there and loving my job for the rest of my life!! My hours so far have been full of everything from chest compressions to shots already!!! I dove in and I am not looking back!
I have an amazing instructor. I can't say enough great things about her....She is an awesome nurse but also a wonderful teacher. I am going to learn so much throughout my time with her. I also love the people I work with.....I really have an "at home" feeling!! Thank you Lord for answered prayers!!!
HE is so faithful and has answered a few prayers for me this week that have brought me to tears!
I am blessed!!!
I guess I should let you in on why the title of this post is what it is......
I was leaving the house this morning at dark thirty, which doesn't bother me one bit really. I am a morning person and I enjoy my little drive. It is a quiet time for me that I need. Anyway, while opening my car door I heard the LOUDEST rooster crow!!! I just started laughing and loud. I thought well "I was up before the rooster crowed"!
I have to get up again before him tomorrow morning and the rest of the week so right now I am lying in bed typing this and pretty sure as soon as I am finished I am going to be OUT!!
SO NIGHT NIGHT! Hope you all have a great week! :)
