While working in the ER this past week I got my first text from my sweet niece which said...."I miss you Honey! You will love my outfit today! Please come see me!! Love, Blakely"

I headed STRAIGHT to the Allen residence after work and found THIS..........talk about making Honey's heart MELT!!
