Tailgating Wadley Style...

It is sad that I had to get out my planner to look and see what event to post about first! The month of October started busy and hasn't quite slacked up for the Baggett's! I figured I better take a few minutes to document some fun things from this month before it is long gone....I can't believe we really only have one more full week after this one......
Busy fun it has been however!!
The first weekend in October was South Alabama's off week! Trey had plans of coming to Randolph County so I had BIG plans of a family gathering!!

Everyone came and brought "tailgate food" and I cooked sausage dogs with all the fixins for lunch!
Thanks to my sweet Daddy, we all pretended like we were right there tailgating at the stadium by pulling out the lawn furniture and pitching the tent!! The AUBURN satellite Daddy built for us looked AUsome on the roof of our house. It was a little windy that Saturday so I pulled out some of my BIG nursing books(I knew those things would come in handy) to help make it level on the roof and then we anchored the satellite down with a few bags of deer corn.......a few phrases came to mind like "You know your from Wadley when......or You might be a redneck if..."
Regardless, we were sitting in our back yard and cheering on the Tigers on a flat screen! It was AUsome tailgating!!

After an AUBURN WIN....we ate a little more and then geared up for the AL vs FL game! :)

It was wonderful for Trey to be home!! He loved seeing one of his favorite girls and she soaked up all his attention!! 

Nothing makes me happier than time with my family!! I will forever cherish days like these......
