Sometimes I am truly just in awe and at a loss for words. This is one of those moments….All I know is that we are nothing without GOD! He is good and worthy of our praise! I thank Him for his love and faithfulness! In just one night He provided through friends like you over $2500 to help Andrew visit his family for the first time in years!

Thank you for being His Hands and Feet!! I am truly grateful and thankful!

Praise God I leave for South Sudan Tues. morning at 1:00 a.m.  Thank you! Thank You! Sister and Brothers in Christ.

I know you know about my heartbreak, frustration, and sadness that I felt when I was told in Miami I could not go back to Sudan. I cried and cried but I knew God was in control.  I was planning to stay here and work until I could save money again to try to go.  I knew it would take me so long.  But, God did a miracle.  Each of you gave money to help me. 

Brothers and sisters, I did not believe in that moment. It’s like I am dreaming. Those who are working at the British airline called to take my bags out of the plane.  In about 30 minutes I got all of my bags. I called Tripp and I explained what had happened and the only solution is to go back to Atlanta.  I tell you what, on that night I did not sleep. I did not feel I could eat. At 3:00am I found my self still awake.  I said to God, God you own everything, I own nothing. If you want to visit my family okay, if not it’s okay. I was born with nothing, and I will take nothing.

God then spoke to me through this verse, “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” (James 4:10)


Although, I lost everything, God has different plan and time for me to travel. Glory be to God. I thank God so much for you American families for you outpouring love, prayers, and raising funds for my ticket to visit my family. May Almighty God bless all of you and your families.
