To say the least, this birthday was unusually full of fun but craziness.
Thursday morning Leigh got sleep late thanks to Momsie keeping Baby B.
When she woke from her beauty rest she was treated to a birthday breakfast at my house complete with her favorite, chocolate chip pancakes.
We had a great birthday breakfast together but then the dreaded stomach bug hit me.
I stayed sick the rest of the day and missed all the other birthday "fun".
Leigh did get out of town to meet up with Mrs.Donna for lunch
which I know was a blast.
She then headed home to her birthday dinner with her parents and family....
however, Blakely and a fish hook got into a little altercation
and Leigh spent the rest of her birthday evening in the ER.
B is FINE thank the Good Lord.
A minor laceration on her tiny baby arm
that we have to clean and dress daily
but we are all thankful that it is going to heal up just fine
and believe me IT HAS NO SLOWED OUR LITTLE PRINCESS DOWN ONE BIT.
Anyway, Leigh celebrated her 25th with some crazy circumstances but I think Matthew is taking her to a well deserved birthday dinner tonight. :)
Hopefully I will get a snap shot or two of some actual people and the birthday girl as the weekend goes on.....
