At the top of the Alabama nursing homes list are those with a rating of five stars from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for their overall performance in health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of medical care!! Arbor Springs Health and Rehab was named a 5 STAR and among the best in the US along with 66 other nursing homes in Alabama! Proud of their Director of Nursing, Tammy Fetner (aka my Mammy), and her awesome team!
