5K prep & a hurricane

some of the sisters came for a dinner date

and to encourage me as well as bring a little supplies for the 5K!!

I will NEVER be able to express in words 

how thankful I am for the LYLAS!!

and there was a BIG hurricane in the Caribbean this past week...

thankfully Trey wasn't a bit worried.

I mean why should he be since he currently lives on a 3 mile long island in the middle of the ocean....

I am not sure if he appreciated my concern, every 15 minute texts or when I asked

"what's your safety plan?"

Thankfully, he remained safe throughout the storm!!!
