Summer Fever!!

So I guess all this HEAT is getting to my head because all I can think about today is SUMMER FUN!! (hence the FUNKY FUN SUMMER blog background)
Swimsuits, river trips, fish frys are all on my brain....but WAIT I MUST study for NCLEX! I have almost accepted the fact that I will probably be studying for the rest of my life!! NO! That was a story!! I probably will be studying for some years to come but one of these days I am determined to be a HOT Mama laying on the beach with a juicy love novel and a grande COLD cocktail in hand!! (Kids will not need my full attention or supervision because Love will be keeping them at home for a few days while me & some of my girlfriends go down to the sand for a few days before he brings the crew).....
Please let me day-dream BIG!! :)

This will be my LAST weekend before BIG GIRL WORLD! I report to CVMC at 8am Monday morning to begin my career!! HOW WEIRD!! I am super excited and will be updating you all on my first week!
In the mean time.....I will be wearing a swimsuit, going to a fish fry and floating in the river with some of my favorite people this weekend!! (Don't worry I am still getting some study time in too)

Okay I know some of you, probably most of you do not think that is funny. Especially those of you who are in my family.....on Love's side......as I have mentioned in previous posts Love's family treat dogs like royalty. Please don't get me wrong....I am not a DOG HATER! I like looking at them from a FAR distance and I am thankful that people, like my family, LOVE THEM and treat them like royalty! They need people like that....God just didn't make me one of them!
I am saying all this to document that after 20 years and a little over 11 months I am declaring that I AM GETTING OUT OF THE DOG BUSINESS!!
After a month of being at home and dealing with Anna I just can't do it anymore! She is a sweet dog and I admit I am a terrible care taker! I hate this fact for Zack who would love to have a sweet dog at our home but this whole "dog lover, trainer, feeder, ect." was not in my vows!
Anna is going to find a new home this weekend!! She will be going to a home who have babies that will love and play with her everyday and she will also have a big yard to run and play in!! I am thankful for that and know she will not miss my poor attitude and screaming!! Our kiddos will just have to go over to Aunt Leigh & Uncle Matthew's house to play with their critters because as of June 3, 2011 the Baggett household is animal FREE! :)
