I had so much fun at EAMC with an amazing group of seniors from AUSON!
We spent the past two weeks together actively taking the role of charge nurse and managing up to 4 patients on our very own during leadership clinicals!!
This group ROCKED!!
It makes me SO PROUD to watch them perform so well at the hospital!
They begin their 10 week preceptorships tomorrow!!
I know they are going to be awesome nurses and assets to our field!!
Thankful for the opportunity I had to get to know them and hopefully lead them
in best practice endeavors!!
I can't wait to celebrate with them as they graduate on May 5!!!
